Clinical Work

Dr. DiLillo is a licensed psychologist in the state of Nebraska. In addition to his research in focusing on trauma, he also supervises clinical work in the Trauma Recovery Clinic (TRC), which he founded and currently co-directs with Dr. Peter Meidlinger. The TRC provides low-cost, confidential psychological services for people who are experiencing traumatic stress or posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) following any type of traumatic event, including sexual assault, intimate partner violence, accidents, disasters, physical assault or other crimes, and violence based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or race. Within the TRC, students on Dr. DiLillo's team also have opportunities to provide trauma-related services to UNL students through a practicum in the UNL Center for Advocacy, Response, & Education (CARE).

Graduate students also have the opportunity to provide a wide range of services through community-based practicum sites as part of their clinical training. To see a full list of clinical placements, click here.
